Let gratitude and joy flow through your body via your breath. Use conscious breathing to soothe your nervous system and anchor in intentions for the new summer season. Embrace the new season with a refreshed and rejuvenated spirit. Next, Let yourself be carried away by the calming vibrations of sound. A soundbath is not just about relaxation, it can also help to balance your energy and promote healing on a deeper level. Celebrate the end of our session with a moment of reflection through journaling!
